Terrance (Terry)'s Story
My first job was at Thrift Mart, where I got paid 2.25 to bag groceries. What I remember most about it is the people I worked with and the females that came in..
My oldest friend is Rodney Scrhader. We met when I was in the 4th grade and he was in the 1st grade. we moved next door to him and his family at Cleburne Plaza Apts, and we both went to Cooke Elementary. We didnt like each other at first but we started hanging out, playing sports in the neighborhood, and of course getting in trouble. We stayed in touch when he was in the marines and he was best man at my wedding, as I was best man at his. I can honestly say that is my "homie 4 lyfe"
My current age is 36. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be dead or cripples. I was so completely wrong.
To be truly happy I will be in Brazil, on the beach. Looking at the water and gorgeous women. Hanging out with my son, so he can learn more about his culture.
If I won $100 million, I'd give 10% of it to my church, then spend the rest on my son , family and making my life very comfortable.
I learned from my son that anything is possible. Take life one day at a time and live life to the fullest. My son is 5, but he is a...Expand for more
lways ready to have fun. He is very laid back and he is very observant.
My biggest surprise was my senior year in high school. I was diagnosed with kidney disease and I started hemodialysis. I didnt know what to expect but i got thru it. Since then I have had two kidney transplants, but unfortunately the both rejected. I have been on dialysis full time since 1992. The other big suprise was the death of my father, Major Adams. He was sick but he never told me how sick he was. A month after being admitted to the hospital, he passed away. I thought he would be here, for me, forever.
But I know he is in a better place.
Im not obsessed but I love college basketball. Go Tarheels!!!
I have lived in Fort Worth, Arlington, and of course Cleburne. When I got married in 2000, my ex-wife and I wanted to be in the city.
My hero was my father. He was the true definition of a man. He took care of his family, gave practical and biblical advice, and he helped whoever he could when he could. He always had i smile for you no matter who you were. And he was the best father in the world. I hope I can raise my son like my dad raised me.
My favorite way to relax is a Bacardi and coke and some 2Pac.
